Best Western Plus Heritage Inn

I have stayed here twice now. I will continue to reserve a room.with this Best Western anytime im.in Houston. The staff is EXCELLENT!!!! Rooms are always clean, breakfast is always hot, staff is always friendly and helpful. They have 1 spot for a truck and trailer to park. Willing to reserve the spot for me when I call in. I have brought my service animal with me in the past. They welcomed us both with open arms. Friendly and receptive towards Zues. Only had me fill out the service animal agreement just like ALL other hotels do. They even asked about him and how he was doing on my return visit. He was at home resting after being on the road for 4 months. Getting some needed home time and relaxation.

This place is good value for money. The staff were friendly, the breakfast is what you pay for and the rooms are decent. I would recommend. Your room key also is used to open the gate to the secure parking lot round the back.

First time staying here and we’ll come back for sure. Nice room, safe parking spot and yummy breakfast my fave the mix chocolate waffles.

Had to book a room here last minute when another hotel abruptly canceled my booking. My room was very clean, comfortable, and well stocked, the staff were very friendly, and I enjoyed the free breakfast every morning. The location is a little out of the way but you can drive into downtown Houston in 10-15 minutes. There's a pool and a small workout room. There's also gated parking available. Other hotels and some good restaurants just down the road. I felt very safe here as a solo traveler. For the price, I was very impressed and would definitely stay here again.

The service is great, rooms are extremely clean and nice, a variety of food items for breakfast, waffles,eggs,sausage,potatoes,cereals,bagels and more, and easy access from the i10 service road , and swimming pool so will definitely use again in the future

The breakfast was plentiful...I was surprised at how clean the rooms were. The outer look of the building-(curb appeal) was worn looking...inside, way nicer! Go Figure?

I stayed her with some girlfriends for a music festival and we loved our stay. The staff/owners were so kind, the continental bfast was actually good! And the parking lot and pool area are behind a gate that you need a room key to open which felt so nice and safe. The beds were so comfy and the rooms were clean. My only complaint was the elevator, it's a little sketchy and feels like it's on its last leg but she was trying! Will absolutely stay here again.

Absolutely loved our stay. The front desk agents were beyond helpful and super sweet! Our room was comfortable and clean. The parking was secured by a gate. The breakfast was a perfect start to the day! Conveniently located near the highway, restaurants and stores.
